Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

The data subject hereby grants consent to the National Institute of Folk Culture (hereinafter referred to as the “NIFC”), with its registered office at Zámek 672, 696 62 Strážnice, Company ID No.: 00094927, represented by PhDr. Martin Šimša, Ph.D., Director, to process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), and the related legislation of the Czech Republic, as follows:

Your email address and the data associated with it (name and surname, name of the editorial office) are stored in our database for the purpose of sending up-to-date information about events organized by the NIFC.

Your personal data and email address will not be shared with other companies and will be used solely for the distribution of information about the activities of the NIFC. This information will never be provided to third parties.
